We all know that mobile phone is very important to all of us. It is the alternative way in communicating our love ones especially if they are far away. Mobile Phones are in everywhere as mobile companies continue to produce and improve mobile features to satisfy our needs. As many features are added, battery consumption becomes too fast. You might fully recharged your device in couple of hours, but your battery became empty in just a couple of minutes. It is very
frustrating when you run out of power especially when you are dealing with a very important or serious matter. Ever wondered why is that so? Try to follow these easy steps, it might help you extend your battery life in any mobile phones and devices.

1. Keep your Screen Brightness as low as possible.

Keeping your screen brightness in low can help you save power. When you are using your devices at night, it is more appropriate to reduce your screen brightness. This can also help in protecting your eyes since too much brightness in the dark can is not appropriate.

2. Keep backlight time at a minimum level.

Keeping your your device backlight time at a minimum level can help save power. This will let your device doesnt stay active for long when not in use.

3. Avoid in using Widgets which needs Internet Connection.

Widgets like weather, news feeds, and social networking updates consume more power as they use your phones data connection and auto sync capabilities.

4. Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use.

Turning off your bluetooth and Wi-Fi can help you save power. They may just be like that but they consume more battery power.

5. Close running unused applications.

When you are using your device, for example a tablet, there are times that you do really open lots of applications ( Games, Browsers or etc ). And so inorder to have easier access with them, you just minimize it on the dock. To save power, close unused applications. They are just minimized and still continue to function, thus consuming more battery.

6. Download a Battery Saver App.

It is much better to download a battery saver application in play store ( If your device is Android ). This app will provide you a lists of running applications which consumes more power.

How To Install CWM TWRP or Any Other Recovery Without PC Faster and Safer Method

Whether it is CWM (Clockworkmod) or TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) recovery, definitely you will flash any of the custom recovery if you wish to extend the Android experience. You can flash the custom recovery with or without using a PC. As a samsung user mostly I use Odin to flash a new recovery but, it is not possible keep a PC everywhere we travels. So sometimes we need an alternate solution.

There are many apps available in the Google Play Store which helps to install a custom recovery without PC but, I prefer Flashify. Flashify is a must have tool for every android root user which, comes with a clean hole UI and bunch of flash and backup options. I am not going to review the app...In this post I included simple steps flash CWM or TWRP custom recovery image using Flashify.

Requirement:
- Android 2.3 and up
- Root Permission

Install CMW / TWRP Custom Recovery Without PC

1. Download Flashify - Google Play [ Free ]

2. Download your favorite custom recovery .img file for your device
CWM ( Clockworkmod )
TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project)
**If you downloaded the recovery using PC...copy it to your internal or external storage.

3. Open Flashify app... Accept disclaimer and Grant permission on popup

4. In FLASH tab tap on Recovery Image and browse / select the downloaded recovery .img file using flashify explorer.

5. Now the app will popup a confirm Flash recovery? dialog.

6. Finally Tap on Yup! and wait.

Thats it....After successful installation it will popup a Flash Complete dialog.....Choose Reboot now if you wish to boot into recovery or Exit app.

Step 5: When done, click Finish and it will reboot your phone.

5: Root your android device using Unlock Root-

Unlock Root roots and unlocks the boot-loader of various android devices. They have their own way of rooting and unlocking. To use this method for you to root your phone, they have their guides provided on each android device. Just visit Unlock Root and follow their own guides for your device.

Increase volume of any android device[fully working method]

Some of our phones have very low speaker output. This is because of the default handsets settings, but this problem can be overcome by some tricks using some apps. Even the quality of sound can be increased with a touch of awesome bass and treble. So lets get started.

This post is divided into two parts one is for non rooted users and the other for rooted users.

==> NON ROOTED USERS

This can be done by either MTK engineering mode which works on devices having MTK(MediaTek) chipsets or those who dont have MTK they can simply use the Volume+ app which works on all devices.

Using MTK Engineer Mode

Step 1- Enter *#*#3646633#*#* in the dialpad.

Step 2- Enter engineer mode (MTK).

Step 3- Snap towards right and go to hardware testing.

Step 4- Select Audio option.

Step 5- Go to LoudSpeaker mode.

Step 6- In this default value is 128 change that value to 140 (or according to your requirements) and press set.

Step 7- Dont exceed this value above 145 or 150 it may damage your speaker.

Step 8- Now close the engineer mode and check the volume of your device.You will feel the change in your audio.

NOTE- THIS METHOD ONLY WORKS ON DEVICES HAVING MTK CHIPSET SO FOR DEVICES HAVING SNAPDRAGON OR OTHER CHIPSETS CHECK OUT SECOND METHOD.

Using App Volume+

Download and install Volume+ app the link is given below.

This works on both rooted and non rooted devices!!

Step 1- Open app and go to speaker settings.(as shown in screenshot)

Step 2- Enable Audio or Speaker Modifications.

Step 3- Change volume level to 10 (max for some devices) or upto 20 depending upon the desired output.

In this tutorial you will learn how to burn a CD or DVD in Windows 10 without any 3rd party Software. We will use Windows 10 pro version for demonstration.

If youre using Windows 8.1 or Windows 10, you wont need any third party software to burn your CD or DVD. You can Use windows Default CD/DVD Burning Feature & its awesome.Simple & does the job perfectly.

Procedure -
Step 1. If you have a perfectly working CD/DVD writer & a blank disk, do the following.

insert your blank CD or DVD into the media drive. The quality of a burned CD or DVD depends on several things: the brand of CD or DVD, the brand of media drive and the size of data you need to write on CD or DVD (the longer is the writing process, the longer the disc is exposed to a possible error).

Step 2. From the desktop screen, open File Explorer.

Step 3.Your empty DVD or CD should be seen under "Devices and drives". Double-click it.

Step 4. Youll see a "Burn a Disc" box appearing. Type in a name of your CD or DVD in the "Disc title" field and, from the CD/DVD usage options, choose "With a CD/DVD player". Click "Next".

Step 5. Add the contents to your future CD or DVD. Copy the contents from their folder and paste them into blank CD/DVD window or simply drag the contents there.

Step 6. Right-click the white area of the window. From the displayed context menu, click "Burn to Disc".

Step 7. In the "Burn to Disc" box, select the desired recording speed. Usually, the slower is the burning speed; the better is the quality of data writing on CD or DVD.

Step 8. Click "Next" to start burning your CD or DVD. The writing process can take from several minutes to half an hour, depending on the speed of the media drive, and current data quality & format.

Step 9. When your CD or DVD is ready, you can take it out. Check your CD or DVD by opening it on your computer.

Note- DVDs Created using this procedure are Data DVDs. It will work in all types of computers and most of the new generation DVD players.But not all DVD players could run this.In that case you need to create a Video DVD using a 3rd party softwares like power2Go,nero etc.Please check the format of the disks supported by your DVD player.

Step Two: Setting up a working folder

THERE ARE TOW METHODS FOR THIS.
1. WHEN YOU HAVE BASE ROM AVAILABLE.
2. WHEN YOU DONT HAVE BASE ROM.

FIRST METHOD -

First our folder structure should look like this:

Inside the kitchen it should look like this:
Now we need a rom to work on, for GALAXY ACE PLUS[s7500] users i will recommend this rom by blackburner but you can use any rom.
Just Place the original rom zip in the original_update folder inside the kitchen.
run the cygwin.exe again type:

./menu(enter)
```
now enter option 1, enter again. You should see your rom listed, choose and enter
you will be asked about changing the working folders name, at this point it makes no difference so just continue.
congratulations you have a working folder!!!

SECOND METHOD - this method is by neroyoung

FIRST MAKE A WORKING FOLDER IN CYGWIN FOLDER

NOTE: FOR THIS MEETHOD WE NEED 3 FILES AND FOLDERS TO BE PLACED IN WORKING FOLDER.
1. META-INF FOLDER - GET THIS FROM DOWNLOAD FILES LIST IN FIRST POST
2. SYSTEM FOLDER - TUTORIAL BELOW
3. BOOT.IMG - TUTORIAL BELOW

2. getting system folder
(NOTE - YOU MUST BE ROOTED FOR THIS MEDHOD)

This is universal method and can be done easily using terminal emulator.
For this simply download Terminal Emulator from Android Market.
we need freshly flashed device here. OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE LOT OF JUNK FILES.
Open it and type:

tar -c system/* >> sdcard/system.tar
This will copy all your /system folder to your SDcard with name System.tar
This will take some time to finish so be patient.
After its done you should have a tar file in your /sdcard named system.tar
You can extract it using Winrar or 7zip software. But yes this will have huge size , as it has other useless folders so you will have to delete them. After extracting this system.tar file you will get following folders (Similar one)

/etc
/fonts
/framework
/lib
/lost-found
/media
/sd
/semc
/usr
/xbin
build.prop
And some other files and folders like ""autorooted,kernel files" etc
Now simply delete the folders marked in red color and its done.Dont worry if you dont have folders with red colors above,we dont need them.
And the final files that we will have in our system folders will be

/media
/semc
/usr
/xbin
build.prop
If it dont have semc folder no need to worry.
NOTE: YOU CAN ALSO GET THIS SYSTEM FOLDER BY USING ANY ROOT BROWSER. JUST FIND THIS FOLDER AND COPY/EXTRACT TO SDCARD
NOW COPY THIS system FOLDER TO WORKING FOLDER

3. getting boot.img

Here we have 2 options
1. stock boot.img from stock rom - simple kernel which we get in brand new mobile.
2. custom boot.img from custom kernel - kernel which are modified for overclock or other features

extract your stock rom with winrar or 7zip. you will see boot.img there. copy it to working folder

2. getting custom boot.img from custom kernel.

download any custom kernel which is only for your device. [galaxy ace plus [s7500] users get from here or here]

extract it with winrar or 7zip and copy boot.img to working folder

NOTE: many of new devices have kernel.bin and other files instead of boot.img so skip this part if your device dont have it...

Step Three :change/modify/update rom

YOU CAN MODIFY YOUR ROM IN TWO STEPS:
1. MODIFY USING ANDROID KITCHEN - for basic modification.
2. MODIFY MANUALLY. - for advanced modification.

2. MODIFYING MANUALLY.

- Adding/removing applications
  1. Go to the working folder where you extracted your rom, inside you will find:
  OR
  2. Then go to "system/app" inside this folder you will find all the rom applications(apks) you may also find some in the data folder if your rom has this folder.
  3. Copy, replace, and change any app(apk) be carefull if you dont know what the apk is do not delete!!
  LIST OF APPS YOU CAN DELETE - HERE OR HERE
  If you can not find some apps in this guide then try opening all those app in your phone and see app name and icon or move those apps from system/app to sdcard and see what is not working...
- Adding new boot animation
  android kitchen doesnt works for this in Samsung phones. So we need a different method.
  1) Download and extract the bootanimation and samsungani file from Custom Booting.zip attached in first post.
  2) Put them in the /system/bin folder and replace the existing files there
  3) Now download any boot animation, and rename the bootanimation to “sanim.zip”.
  4) Now, navigate to /system/media and replace the “ODEanim” with “sanim.zip”
  You are done with the bootanimation change
- customizing the theme
  1. replace stock launcher with launchers like nova launcher
  2. theming using uot kitchen (fonts, status bar, batery and other icons etc

- Edit the gps script for your country/location
  1. In the workingfolder/system/etc/ you will find a file named gps.conf, you can
  edit this file with notepad++ or even word.
  2. using the right gps script in this file can speed up gps lock, you can
  find some from angeldeath, download extract and replace the gps.conf.
- Adding ringtones :
  - Take your ringtone file...it should be in .ogg format..If not then convert it to .ogg..
  - Locate to the folder system>media>audio>ringtones>
  - Copy and paste your .ogg files here in ringtones folder..
  - You can also change notifications, alarm and UI tones like this..
- Changing the Fonts :
  - Take your desired font.ttf file and rename it as DroidSans.ttf..

  - Now, replace the file DroidSans.ttf with your desired DoridSans.ttf...
  - To change the lock screen clock font...replace the Clocktopia.ttf with your desired one..(rename first)..

  NOTE: EDIT BUILD.PROP WITH NOTEPAD++. SIMPLE NOTEPAD WILL CORRUPT THE FILE.
