Rom download directly from the Android phone located in the File Manager / phone / download.

Flashing Stock ROM.

To start flashing Stock ROM on OPPO N1 MINI you must enter Recovery Mode. how to do it ?

Press and Hold Power Button + Volume Down.

Then you will see menu like this picture. You can select English

1-does the rom works on locked bootloader.

yes it does i have fixed 2.12.29 so it will work on any kernel and even on locked BL(no need to flash my kernel)

2-how can i apply themes
u just need a xaiomi ac to apply themes...just setup the xaiomi ac in settings.
